CBD Rose Matcha Latte Recipe

CBD Rose Matcha Latte Recipe

Want the ultimate afternoon pick me up without the jitters or crash?

Try this CBD Rose Matcha Latte. This rich, creamy, earthy, and slightly floral drink is jammed packed with some amazing benefits!

Before we jump into the recipe, let's talk medicinal properties of this drink.

MEDICINAL PROPERTIES:

The matcha provides caffeine to boost brain power. It also contains L-theanine, an amino acid known to promote relaxation by lowering stress and anxiety levels.

Rose acts as a subtle but comforting nervine which is a type of herb that is used to nourish and support the central nervous system. It is calming, helps bring balance, and uplifts the mood. It's also known for its antidepressant properties helping ease depression, anxiety, grief, and irritability. It may also help relieve exhaustion and insomnia for some.

CBG Infused Full Spectrum CBD Oil is specifically targeted for helping your gut, skin, and digestive health. It's also a great for pre & post workout as well as being a great brain booster. CBG is also known as the "stem cell" of all cannabinoids. Infused into a full spectrum CBD, CBD is great for supporting your body's stress response, balance the body, help with mood disorders, depression, and inflammation.

Local raw honey is great for supporting seasonal allergies, strengthening the immune system, is antioxidant rich, antibacterial, helps digestion, and more. If you’re not a honey fan, you can also use maple syrup!

If you're not already convinced, go ahead and try this recipe for yourself, and note how you feel after. Enjoy!
