Basic Fire Cider Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fire Cider Herbal Blend

  • 4–5 cups raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)

  • Raw honey (optional, to taste)

Directions

  1. Place 1 cup of the Fire Cider blend in a clean quart-sized glass jar.

  2. Cover completely with apple cider vinegar, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top. (Tip: use parchment paper between the lid and vinegar if using a metal lid.)

  3. Shake well, then store in a cool, dark place. Shake daily.

  4. After 3–4 weeks, strain the liquid through cheesecloth.

  5. Sweeten with raw honey if desired. Store in a sealed jar.

How to Use: Take 1–2 tablespoons daily as a wellness shot, mix into water, or drizzle over salads and roasted veggies.


Quick Fire Cider Honey Tonic

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed Fire Cider (strained, from above recipe)

  • 2–3 tablespoons raw honey

Directions

  1. Stir honey into the Fire Cider until fully dissolved.

  2. Pour into a clean glass bottle and refrigerate.
