Add 1/2–1 cup of herbs to 4–6 cups of hot water. Cover and steep 20–30 minutes. Strain and pour into a shallow bath or sitz basin. Soak for 15–20 minutes to soothe tissues and promote postpartum healing or cycle support.

For Hair Rinse:
Brew 1–2 tbsp of tea in 2–3 cups of hot water. Steep for 20+ minutes, cool completely, then pour over freshly washed hair. Massage into scalp and do not rinse. Repeat 1–2x per week for stronger, shinier hair.
