🍯 Immune-Boosting Rosehip Syrup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Wildly Botanical Organic Rosehips

  • 2 cups water

  • 1–2 tbsp Wildly Botanical Organic elderberries (optional)

  • 1–2 Wildly Botanical Organic cinnamon chips

  • 1/2 cup raw honey

Instructions:
Simmer rosehips (and optional herbs) in water for 30–40 minutes. Strain, cool slightly, and stir in honey. Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Take 1–2 teaspoons daily or drizzle over pancakes and teas.
