After one year of living alcohol-free, I was excited to find this tea. I do wish I knew about it in my earlier days of sobriety, when a nightly ‘true self care’ routine like lovingly brewing yourself a hot, cuppa tea would have helped push those cravings aside. I bought this tea to detox after I had to take an antibiotic and incorporated into my protocol. I think it really helped!
